Was Amazed at How Easy It Was to Buy a Building

Another client received notice that their landlord was not renewing their lease. They came to Stafford Tax and expressed their concerns about having to find a new space, moving, etc. We asked them why they didn’t simply find a building to buy. Their answer was that they had only been in business for a few years and didn’t have the money to buy a building. We were able to show them how they could actually buy a building for the same, or less, than their rent would be on a comparable space. We introduced our client to a business banker, provided the banker with the information he requested and secured a 100% loan for our client plus money to do upgrades to the building. The client now owns the building and has extra space he is going to rent to other businesses in order to provide him with additional cash flow. The client said “I could have not done this on my own”.

Saved Money by Buying Their Building

A Client of ours paid rent for their space. The landlord expressed his desire to sell the building and gave our client the option of buying it. We were able to introduce our client to a business banker which resulted in our client not only buying the building, but saving $600 per month since the mortgage payment was actually $600 per month cheaper than the rent they were paying for the same building. In addition, our client was able to purchase the building with no money down as they were able to borrow against their investments for the down payment. Result; client now owns the building and is saving $600 per month. The client could not believe how easy the entire process was.
